“I realized that not only did I need to lose weight, I had reached a point in my life whereby I wanted to! As Regina is one of my closest friends, it felt completely natural to seek out help from her. She helped me by doing a "needs assessment" so to speak and then presented me with a meal plan which I had to stick to over the coming weeks.
